Access for Disabled Visitors
The gardens at Capel are mainly on one level. The paths are gravel, tarmac or stone and most of the gardens are accessible to wheelchair users including our Sensory garden. There are toilet facilities for the disabled on our estate. As a special concession, one helper/pusher/carer is admitted free of charge with each wheelchair visitor. There are a limited number of wheelchairs available to borrow. Please let us know in advance if you wish to reserve any in order to avoid disappointment. Audio loops are located at the main reception.
