City Harvest Festival

In its 10th anniversary year, Capel Manor College and the Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens present this popular family show.

From all over the city, London’s community farms and gardens will be converging at Capel to celebrate the fantastic work they do throughout
the year, and to compete against each other.
With craft demonstrations, hands-on activities for children, the World of Bees, rare breed animals and freshly harvested produce on display there is something for everyone.

Whether you are supporting one of the farms or gardens or just admiring the animals and plant displays, it’s a great day out for the whole family. You can also rely on the “Animal that most looks like its owner” competition to put a smile on your face.

Admission to the show also includes entry to 30 acres of beautiful themed gardens including an Italianate Maze, Japanese Garden and Sunflower Street plus our very own animal corner with Kune Kune pigs, goats and poultry.
Whilst you’re here, take time to find out about the 16 city farms and around 100 community gardens in London’s inner city areas that are working hard to create green space and strong community relationships alongside an awareness of gardening and farming.

Adults £6, Concessions £5, Children £3,
Family Ticket £15. Family Ticket admits
two adults and up to three children, 5s
