Weddings photography at Capel Manor GardensCapel Manor Gardens welcomes wedding parties who wish to use the gardens as the setting for their wedding photographs.

This privilege is made available, subject to the following conditions:

Advance booking

Advance booking must be made by arrangement using the form below. Enquiries can be made in person, by telephone 0303 003 1234 during Garden opening hours, or by email prebookings@capel.ac.uk

Bookings can only be confirmed and accepted on pre-payment of the service fee (see below). Telephone or email bookings must be followed by on-site fee payment (as below). No groups can be admitted until payment has been received.

Fees

The service fee payable for a group to visit and record wedding photographs is £120 including VAT (maximum 2 hours).

The fee is payable by cash or card at Capel Manor Gardens or online (via PayPal) using the form below.

Photography fees are waived for wedding parties who are holding their wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception at Capel Manor Gardens.

Terms & conditions

No vehicles are allowed into the Gardens.

Groups exceeding 20 persons cannot be accommodated.

Wedding photo shoots must be conducted without inconveniencing other visitors, nor in any way damaging the plants, landscape or fabric.

Tripods are not permitted inside the Glasshouses.

All wedding parties will be supervised by a member of the Events Team.
