The Old Manor House Garden

The Old Manor House Garden is Capel Manor’s most unique wedding setting and offers two enchanting ceremony locations.

The Chapel Ruins creates an intimate and romantic space that accommodates up to 80 guests within the walls of the ruins themselves. The exposed brickwork provides a stunning backdrop for outdoor and rustic weddings.

In late spring, white wisteria flowers hang over the main arch, while summer sees delicate white roses in bloom. Winding ivy adds a lush green backdrop year-round, creating a magical atmosphere for your ceremony in all months throughout the year.

Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a drinks reception at leisure in the open expanse of the Old Manor House Garden. This relaxed setting provides the perfect space for mingling, while the newlyweds can take advantage of the stunning natural surroundings for memorable photos.

Alternatively, ceremonies can also take place in the Old Manor House Garden outside the ruins, with seating for up to 90 guests. A drinks reception can be hosted in this same space or within the Chapel Ruins to make the most of the area.
