On Sunday 1 September 2024, Capel Manor Gardens hosted its annual Classic and Vintage Car Show, a day brimming with automotive nostalgia and timeless charm. This year’s event drew over 600 stunning classic and vintage cars, showcased by passionate enthusiasts and clubs from across the UK, celebrating the rich heritage of motoring. TV presenter, Jeff Brazier was also a surprise exhibitor at this year’s event.
With close to 3,000 attendees, car lovers and visitors enjoyed a full day of entertainment and activities. The atmosphere was enriched by the sounds of the 1960s, with our live band providing an engaging musical backdrop and the Enfield Brass Band delivering a fantastic musical performance that had everyone tapping their feet. The day was blessed with glorious weather, making it the perfect setting to indulge in traditional cream tea and cake on the lawn of our 17th Century Georgian Manor House.

The event concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, where Capel Manor College Principal, Peter Brammall, presented awards to the proud car owners.
